US Swim Forms (Relays) (Individual)- These forms are the Request forms that coaches need to complete and hand in at each session's scratch meeting to identify the swimmers/events for which we need to provide dedicated US Swim Officials.
Handicapped Access
Wheel chair access is on the ground level, south entrance, between the Natatorium building and the outdoor pool. Please see a representative at te admissions area to obtain entry. One attendant may join spectators requiring handicapped seating.
Safety and Security
* NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE NATATORIUM
* Food and beverages are not allowed on the deck.
* Swimmers should not bring valuables (jewelry, cameras, CD players, etc.) to the session in which they swim.
* Penn State University and the YMCA are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
* Swimmers may only enter the locker room assigned to their team.
* Shaving is not permitted in McCoy Natatorium. ANYONE FOUND IN VIOLATION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE MEET.
Deck Access
Access to the pool is restricted to:
* Swimmers with color-coded, session-specific wristbands for that session.
* Coaches with YMCA coaches' credentials, picture ID and wristbands.
* Officials, meet workers and others with specially issued wristbands.
No one will be permitted on deck without the above credentials.
Food Concessions
Food and beverages will be available during all sessions in the lobby of the Natatorium.
Boutique
A full array of swimming apparel and accessories will be available in the lobby of McCoy Natatorium during the meet.
Pictures
A professional photographer will take pictures of both the top six and the top twelve swimmers in each event. The photographer will also be available on deck to photograph individual swimmers and swimmers with their coaches and/or friends. Pictures will be available for purchase on-line after the meet.
Advanced Tickets
Tickets for admission will be available Friday night during check in and at all sessions. This year multiple doors will be open for spectators with pre-purchased admissions to expedite their entrance into the Natatorium.
Spectator Area
SPECTATORS ARE REMINDED THAT SAVING SEATS IS NOT PERMITTED AT YMCA STATES. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY PENN STATE SECURITY.
We request your cooperation in clearing the spectator seating area between sessions. Following the final awards ceremony of the morning session, spectators, even those returning for the afternoon session, are asked to exit via the doors to the right (as you face the pool) of the spectator area. When exiting please take all of your personal belongings with you.
Event Results
Copies of event results will be available on the website.
