Good Tuesday Morning:
We had our first SCAY Board for the 2010-11 season meeting Sunday night. The August meeting is at our house (though my wife, Kelli Hoover, is the main reason this meeting is so fun - we meet and then have dinner. (I hope this is enticing you to consider being on the board in the future.)) We have a wonderful board that is very interested in making sure we do the best we can for our swimmers. As the season goes on please make sure that when asked by our board to volunteer for the many and various jobs that need to be done to help our kids, you respond in a positive way.
I was recently asked what is the difference between 'Juniors' and 'Seniors' in the JR/SR group. Juniors are those who are too young to try out for the high school team, are not going to try out for the HS team, or do not make the HS team. Swimmers who are planning on trying out for the HS team should register as a Senior; if they do not make the HS team, then you will need to go to the Y and make the financial adjustment.
JR/SR Dryland over the next week looks like this:
Wed, Fri (9/1,3) 3:45 - 4:45 p.m. at the Y
Mon (9/6) 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. at the Y (I will bring food for afterward)
Wed (9/8) begin regular morning DL schedule (6:00 - 7:15)
I met with some of the kids coming to dryland and they indicated they wanted our Fall/Winter dryland to start at 6:00, so this will be the case.
JR/SR swim practices begin Tuesday, September 7. They will swim from 3:40 - 5:00 p.m. Our Stroke Clinic will be from 5:00 - 6:00. As in the past I am asking that at least 5-6 JR/SR swimmers stick around to help with the Clinic. All practice groups start on Monday, September 13.
I will get our met schedule out very soon. Most weeks I will be sending out a note, which I usually try to on Tuesdays.
We will have a parent meeting on Sunday, September 12, 2:00 p.m., at the Y.
More soon.....

Good Sunday Morning:
I will be listing this year’s groups, practice times and fees. We have decided to not increase fees from last year to this. In response, I hope everyone will register their swimmers as soon as possible. Swim team registration begins tomorrow at the Y. The list of swimmers will be at the front desk. Only swimmers on this list will be able to register, and only in the group indicated. Should your swimmer not be on the list, no need to panic; if you think your swimmer is not listed in the correct group, no need to panic. These situations occur each year. The best way to take of these situations is to give me a call at home – 231-0340. I am normally home during the middle of the day.
My considerations in group placement include age, ability and an effort to keep group sizes similar, so that one group is not huge and another tiny (especially the D 1, 2, 3 groups). Another consideration at this time of the year, i.e., before the season starts, is that we do have a Stroke Clinic (more on this below) that will place 25-ish swimmers onto the team. If the coaching staff (and I approve any/all group changes) believes a group change at any time is best for the team and swimmer, we will make that change after contacting the swimmer’s parents. The ‘normal’ times we change swimmers into a new group are after the first two weeks of the season (giving the staff a chance to evaluate our groups), and in the middle of November when the high school season starts. All changes (I tend to not move a swimmer down) depend on space available starting with the Junior/Senior group. There will be swimmers moved from the D3 group (I have them earmarked) when the high school season starts. So, as space becomes available in groups due to changes, we move swimmers into a new group. {I hope this is not too confusing.} Keep in mind that most Clinic swimmers joining the team will join in the Cubs, Pride and D1.
Over the past few years once high school season starts in mid-November we have been able to move the D3 group to 4:10-5:40, Monday through Thursday. This is the goal again this year, and cannot be promised.
Concerning our Stroke Clinic – September 7-10, it is:*A recruiting clinic for SCAY
*Available to swimmers (including SCAY) who ARE NOT year round swimmers
*We cover all four strokes
*Clinic participants will receive a Clinic t-shirt and participation certificate
*All SCAY coaches and JR/SR swimmers will be on deck and involved
Please pass the word about our Stroke Clinic. If anyone has questions about the Clinic or SCAY, please feel free to give them my phone number/email address, though the phone number is more expedient.
Concerning Assistant Coaches, ads have been placed in the Daily Collegian and on Craig’s List. If you know anyone, especially ex-SCAY swimmers, who might be interested in coaching this year, please have them contact me soon.
Pre-Season Dryland will begin tomorrow, 9-10 a.m., at the Y, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. For the most part we will be outside behind the Y. If it is raining we will meet in Gym B. Once school starts we will meet on these days from 6:15-7:15 a.m. in Gym B.
Concerning Fall/Winter 2010-11 swimming practice schedule, the Junior/Senior group will start on September 7, from 3:45-5:00 p.m. There will be JR/SR practice from 9:00-11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 11. All groups will practice according to the schedule provided below, beginning September 13. More information on the D groups Saturday practices will come soon. We will be tweaking these practices this year, which I think will be good for the team.

Good Thursday Afternoon: This is an interesting time of year. The complete 2009-10 year is ending and we are already gearing up for the 2010-11 year. Here are the bullet points: *Today is our last summer practice, except for the senior group tomorrow morning from 9:00-10:30 at the Y *Before August 3rd I will send out group lists for fall/winter 2010-11. Registration will begin on August 23rd. Your swimmer must be on the list to register, which is done at the Y. Should you have questions about a swimmer's placement, please contact me. I will be on vacation from August 3-18 and will not have access to my computer (ahhhhh!), so you can contact me after the 18th. My home phone is 231-0340. *There will be dryland practices for those 12 and older beginning August 20th. I will send more information on this soon. *For registration for 2010-11, other than payment, there will be two requirements to register: your email address and the completion of a medical form, which will be available at the front desk. Email is our main form of communication, so to keep you informed, we need your address. *The Junior/Senior group will begin practices on Tuesday, September 7, from 3:45-5:00 p.m. All SCAY groups will practice on September 13. I will send the schedule with the practice groups. *Our 10th annual Stroke Clinic will be from September 7-10, 5:00-6:00 at the Y. This is a recruiting clinic for us, is free, and is available for swimmers who have/are not on a year round team (e.g., SCAY, NLAC). Registration is limited to 35 swimmers, first come first served. Clinic registration will also begin on August 23rd. *We will have a vigorous meet schedule this fall. My goal is to have four Y meets available prior to the beginning of the high school season. I will get the schedule to you soon. I hope you all have a great rest of your summer. My highlight of August will be taking my mom to Bingo. "B-13, B-t-h-i-r-t-e-e-n". She loves it. I keep hoping someone will poke my eye out with a stick so I can go to the emergency room instead. If I survive, I will see you all in the fall.

Good Wednesday Morning:
Y Photos/Check-in
Beginning Monday the Y will be going through the process of updating member photos in our system. There are many Y members, SCAY swimmers and otherwise, of whom we do not have a photo in our system. Also, we may have an old photo of one of our swimmers that doesn't look like they look like now. Beginning Monday, when a swimmer checks-in for practice (or general Y use) the good folks behind the front counter will look at the swimmer's photo in the system to determine if a new photo is needed, at which point they will take a photo. Hey, they may even need to take a few photos of our SCAY parents! Here are a few things about members checking in:
*All Y members are asked to bring their Y card to check in - please make sure your children have their Y card with them when they come to practice or to use the Y in any other way.
*All swimmers 11 and older are to have cards.
*Members 10 and younger are to check in, though they will not be issued a card.
The folks behind the desk work hard at what they do, and being as they are our 'front line', they often endure complaints and criticism from our members over which they have no influence. My hope is that we can make their job easier. It's nice to be nice.
Should you have any questions, contact me and I will make sure they get answered.
Signed Respectfully,
SP. a/k/a Cy Young
April 22, 2010 Good Thursday Morning: Banquet This year's banquet was alotta fun. It's funny, sometimes it is difficult recognizing kids when they are not in suits, caps and goggles. I want to thank everyone for a very fun 2009-10 season. We had a good deal of success which will, hopefully, propel us into better things in the future.
Nationals
As is the case, Nationals was a good experience. We took five swimmers who were new to the meet - Rookies! YMCA Nationals is unlike any meet these swimmers will attend. It is intense due to the 5000+ people in the pool area and the boys and girls competition going on at the same time, intimate with all the activities going on, and, most of all, fun. In addition, it is a great situation for the kids to learn a little about themselves. Kelli Miller is Swimmer of the Meet.
Spring Swimming
Spring swimming has begun and we have a good group of swimmers who are working hard. Every Friday we have a 'Spring Friday Activity'. This week's SFA is pizza after practice. Next Friday we will have our third annual "Steve Strikes Everybody Out" wiffle ball game during practice time - weather permitting.
Spring/Summer Meets
Here are the meets on our schedule for the next 3+ months. I will take care of Nationals entries. For all other meets our Meet Entry forms must be used. All meet information is located on the Mid-Atlantic website: maswim.org Go to Meets and find the meet on the calendar. Meets fill up fast, so I want all meet entries in our Meet entry folder by May 5. Each meet must be entered separately and must have a meet entry fee check attached, payable to SCAY. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Meet Date Location
WSY/HSY LC Classic June 18-20 Bucknell
NLAC Swim Fest June 24-27 PSU
MA Senior Champs July 21-24 Bucknell
YMCA Nationals July 26-30 U Maryland
In addition, I am trying to arrange for a dual meet during spring. If we cannot arrange for a dual meet we will have an intersquad meet.
Nationals
I would like email confirmation about intent to participate at Nationals by May 5. We need to plan ahead, so please let me know.
More soon.....SP

Hi everyone,
Please read all of this carefully. First, many thanks to all of the volunteer families listed below. Many of you have volunteered multiple family members for multiple shifts. You are terrific!
Albert Beahm Bevilacqua Bick Blaschack/Fritsch Cooper Craighead Christie Cumins Dangelo Dynan Erdley Finton Franks Garrigan Gingher | Hedge Heininger Hillsley Holleran Hook Hurley Johnson Jordan Koberna Lawrence Linzell Macknight Mancuso Mazza Miller Moerschbacher Myford Oyler | Peacock/Sowers Quinn Rater Ross Schrock Parry/Schwoerer Smith Stout Summer Torbic Tothero VanDyke Wagner/Sperling Warfield Witt Woodman Yang |
If you have not signed up yet, (and I have not signed up anyone (I hope) who wasn’t a definite at this point), I still have a few openings:
Saturday afternoon: Admissions from 1:00-7:00pm; t-shirts/flowers same time period
Sunday morning: Admissions from 7:00-9:00am
Sunday afternoon: Security from 12:30-7:30. 2 spots still open!!!
Remember, if you sign up to volunteer for the session, you will be relieved to watch your child swim. You will also have access to the entire Nat, so that you can watch them from Hospitality or wherever you’d like. Anyone who is not a volunteer must watch the meet from the stands and pay the entry fee. Do not plan to stop by and be put to work! This will happen only if there is a problem with someone who already signed up.
If you are unavailable for the weekend, but could help on Thursday night the 18th, Mechteld Hillsley needs 2-3 volunteers to help organize t-shirts for team pre-orders. She does this at her house. If you can help, please contact her at mechteld@engr.psu.edu. This is actually a lot of fun and goes pretty quickly with extra hands. Also, she still needs more large bags with handles (eg the type from department stores/Hollister) for this. If you have any for her, please leave them beside the file cabinet at the Y.
Food Donations for HospitalityIf you are unable to volunteer, and I know some people are simply not able to, please plan to donate something towards Hospitality. We all benefit from the money we raise at this meet. Please read this message from Roxane and Terry:
Dear SCAY families,
I would like to state how important it is for us to have food donations for Hospitality for States. We have to supply breakfast and lunch for 300 to 400 people or more on Saturday and Sunday. Terry Cummins and I have been working with businesses over a month now for major donations for these days. But we still need smaller items donated by our families as Jenny has sent out an e-mail request for these items.
So please consider donating an item especially if you can't help volunteer by working at the meet both days. As the e-mail stated items can be dropped off at SCAY by 5pm Friday evening or brought to the PSU Nat. on Saturday.morning.
I've only heard but from a few people since the e-mail went out, so that is why I'm writing explaining how important it is we have this food,
I also would like to add that we need 3 cases of regular coke. Thanks!
Roxane Miller and Terry Cummins Roxanne’s email is decafmom@psu.eduTerry’s email is terrypsu@yahoo.com
Please contact them ASAP! I am attaching the original list of needs to this email.
I am also attaching the current schedule. Please look over it and make sure you are where you’d planned to be. Let me know ASAP if there are any changes needed to be made. I will need to make all changes by Thursday, as I will not be at home at all on Friday. (FYI, the Kohl’s volunteers were recruited by Steph Albert. They are providing 10 people to help AND donating $1,000.00 to the team!)
Volunteer InfoFriday night: Please arrive at the PSU Visitors Center on time for your shift. You will be directed to your area and given instructions.Saturday and Sunday at the Nat: Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your shift starts. Stop by the Volunteer table (come in the corner doors at the Nat) and check in with Ginny or me and get your name badge. We will then get you connected with the person in charge of your area for further instructions. Security personnel will get a t-shirt to wear for their shift. Parking is in the Bigler Garage and is $5.00 for the day. If you know your way around PSU, you may know of a better option. Please contact me with any questions. I will send out some final comments on Thursday once everything is set. For those of you who are new to this, I think you will be impressed at this large meet which is being run by SCAY and Bellefonte volunteers! It is quite an undertaking!
Info for First Time States SwimmersSteve will be getting more information regarding warm up times soon. Be aware that for this meet, swimmers sit with their teams on deck for the entire meet. There is no big room to hang out in, so you don’t need chairs, etc… Pack several towels for your child, a few drinks, and perhaps a snack. If you forget anything, we have messengers who can give your child a message or run items down to them. We are very strict about who we allow on deck. Only registered volunteers, registered coaches, and registered swimmers are allowed on deck. This is for everyone’s safety. For more information, check out the States website at www.ymcastates-pa.org.So, many, many thanks again. I am looking forward to an exciting weekend. As usual, please contact me at jkoberna@stompit.net for any questions. My home phone is 466-6163 and cell is 571-0748. I will have my cell phone on all weekend at the Nat.
Have a great week,Hello everyone,
This will be quick. I think Steve has covered everything that needs to be covered for Districts. I think there is an admission fee ($5.00?) for non-swimmers to watch the meet. Also, don’t forget to spring ahead. It seems early to me…. I do not share Steve's enthusiasm in this regard!
States
I still need help filling some spots with States. I will try to catch folks at Districts (or you can find me!) regarding getting these filled. We are coming down to the wire. I will be calling early next week if there are any openings yet to be filled. PLEASE step up to the plate with this. Everyone benefits from the money we make on States, and everyone is expected to chip in. Email me at jkoberna@stompit.net or call 466-6163. See the attachment above for needs. Don't forget that we need older teen volunteers.
If for some reason you are not able to help out with States (out of town, all of the spots were filled when you called (ha!)) you can also help out with donations for the volunteer concession area. (prefer cash or gift cards – Giant and Wegmans, esp, since they donated to us) Roxane Miller and Terry Cumins have done a fantastic job with this for many years. I can’t begin to imagine the hours they put into planning, getting donations, making food themselves, and organizing the set-up. I am attaching their request for items. Please let them know via email (see flyer attached) what you can bring. Many of the smaller items can be donated by those of us already working. It is very easy to bring a bag of apples, bunch of bananas, etc…the day of the meet. And it is an enormous help to them.
Best of luck to all of the SCAY swimmers this weekend!
Jenny

SCAY News – November 20, 2009
A few housekeeping items:
Medals and Awards:Please find medals and ribbons from the last 2 invitationals in your folder at the Y. Typically, the coaches pick these up at the end of the meet and a volunteer gets them into your folder within the next several days. There are no awards given for regular season duel meets.
Web Site:
Ken Hillsley has updated the website to include meet results from each meet, best times for the season, and times needed to swim in the West Districts meet this year. Check it out. Thanks, Ken!
Bulletin Board:
You have probably noted some exciting changes to our SCAY bulletin board, and you will be seeing more in the near future. Karen Myford has been working on this, and has started by posting pictures from each meet. Our loyal photographer, Barb Smith, has been providing most of the pictures, but was not able to attend the Bloomsburg Invitational. If you have any pictures from the Bloomsburg meet for Karen, please contact her at Myford4@comcast.net.
Volunteering On-lineWhen you get a few moments, please look at your schedule and commit to volunteer for our upcoming meets. Many families volunteer every meet, but at minimum, you should plan on helping with at least 3 of our 5 upcoming home meets. If you are new, good starting jobs are timing, running, and cards. If you are interested in computers, we need to train extra people to help there, too. We will show you the ropes! To sign up, go to www.aqualions.org. Select “Meet Volunteers”. Select “pick a meet to volunteer” and select desired meet. Choose a position and type in your name. Click “volunteer” at the bottom of the page. If something happens that you cannot help that date, contact Mary Ellen Hurley at mehurley99@comcast.net or Karen Myford at Myford4@comcast.net.
As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions, suggestions, or concerns.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving,
Jenny
Remember the following:
I expect all SCAY swimmers who qualify to participate in all the above meets.
I have mentioned to you that this has been the funnest year I have had at SCAY. The reason is you guys. You have come to work and be a team. Let's keep it going by working hard, supporting your teammates, and staying in touch.
P.S. Tomorrow is our last practice together before high school season. I am thinking things round and hot, some with pineapple, some with pepperoni, some with cheese.
SP
A big thanks to everyone who volunteered this Sunday at the SCAY Invitational. Thanks also to those who donated to and worked the concession stand. I was not there, but understand that you had a large turnout! For new people, the Saturday morning duel meets are smaller and less chaotic. They typically begin at 9:00 and are over at 12:00. (although the swimmers need to be there earlier for warm-ups)
Bloomsburg Meet Directions: (See Steve’s Shouts today for meet details)Take Interstate 80 to exit 232 (old exit 34) "Buckhorn/Bloomsburg". At the end of exit ramp, turn onto Route 42 South and follow for 1-1/2 miles to route 11 North. There will be an officials training course offered at the Bellefonte YMCA for both Level I and Level II on November 21. Please contact Cory Miller at crmiller@uaja.com as soon as possible if you are interested or if you would like further information. No experience is necessary!
States Date Saver:We just got word that the Bellefonte YMCA and SCAY swim teams were again selected to host the YMCA State Championships. This meet will be held at the PSU Natatorium on March 20 and 21, 2010. I know this is a long way away, but please mark this date on your calendar. Everyone is expected to volunteer for at least one session, even if your child is not swimming. It is our biggest money maker of the year. It is lots of fun, too!
Steph Albert is the Meet Director this year. She still needs the following chair positions filled: Volunteer coordinator, flowers, and fundraising. Please contact Steph at sja150@yahoo.com or me at jkoberna@stompit.net if you are interested or would like to learn more about those positions.
Found:Small boys Park Forest froggy suit in the boys locker room. If this is yours, please contact Shawn Quinn at momquinn@comcast.net.
Again, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Have a good week, JennyNovember 10, 2009 Good Tuesday Morning:

Parent Group Reps: As most of you know, it seems to take an army to run a good swim meet! To help spread out the responsibilities, we have organized and divided meet assignments as below so that everyone takes turns helping out with concessions, setting up for the meet, and tearing down after the meet. Each swim group has a parent representative who will contact members the week of the meet, asking for specific help. They will provide more information at that time regarding what is needed and when. Parent reps also serve as an additional resource for new members of the team. A big thanks to all of the parent reps this year!
2009-2010 Parent reps:Cubs/Pride: Jen Dangelo jen_dangelo@comcast.net
D1: Leslie and Chris Finton fintons@comcast.net
D2: Terry Cumins terrypsu@yahoo.com
D3: Mechteld Hillsley mechteld@engr.psu.edu
Jr/Sr: Karen Myford myford4@comcast.net
Date | Meet | Concession Donations/Help | Set Up | Tear Down |
November 8 | Invitational | Jr/Sr | D2 | D1 |
December 5 | Clearfield | D3 | Jr/Sr | Cubs/Pride |
January 9, 2010 | Juniata Valley | D1 | D2 | D3 |
January 16 | Phillipsburg | Cubs/Pride | D1 | Jr/Sr |
January 30 | Hollidaysburg | D2 | Cubs Pride | D1 |
February 27 | Last Chance Q | Jr/Sr (donations) D3(help) | D3 | D2 |
Volunteering for Meets:
Our meet volunteer coordinators this year are Mary Ellen Hurley and Karen Myford. They ensure that all positions are covered so that the meets run smoothly. Positions needed include timers, card distributors, help with seeding/seating, scorekeepers, and officials. Please see position descriptions in your parent handbook.
To sign up to help: Go to www.aqualions.com
Under Main Section on L, select Meet Volunteers
Pick a Meet to Volunteer and select desired meet.
Choose a position and type in your name.
Click “volunteer” at the bottom of the page.
If something happens and you are not able to volunteer that date, please contact Mary Ellen at mehurley99@comcast.net or Karen at myford4@comcast.net. They can make the changes on the website. PLEASE sign up as early as you can! It is very disconcerting and anxiety provoking to the coordinators to see lots of blanks going into the meet. Also, it makes more work for them to have to find people to fill spots so that we can start the meet. Volunteering is fun! You meet swimmers, get to know other parents, and learn more about swimming. (and the meet seems to go faster!)
Drink DontationsIf you haven’t turned in drink donations for the season, please get them in this week. As a reminder:
Please donate once case per each swimmer in their appropriate age groups:
Cubs/Pride: 100% Juice Boxes
D1: Gatorade
D2: Water
D3: Pepsi/Coke/Sprite/ Sierra mist or similar
JR/SR: Diet Coke/Sprite/Pepsi or similar.
Aqualaps Donations:Joan is still accepting Aqualaps Donations. The box is on the left hand side of the registration desk.
One More Reminder for Bloomsburg:Entries are due tomorrow, November 4, for the Bloomsburg Swim Your Own Age Meet. Forms and information are available at the Y.
I know this is a lot of information, and reading back through it, it seems like we are asking a lot from everyone. If everyone chips in, it really isn’t bad, especially as we get into the season. I honestly think that the more involved you become, the more rewarding it is.
Again, if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact me.
Have a good week,
Jenny
November 2, 2009 (Happy Birthday, Mom -- #90)
Good Monday Morning:
Þ Today the coaches will start taking sign-ups for Sunday’s SCAY Invitational. Everyone will swim the IM, so we will be asking the kids what other three events they want to swim, in order of importance, as we may drop the 4th event so they can swim a relay. Our warm ups are at 12:00 sharp and the meet begins at 1:00.
Þ Bloomsburg Swim Your Own Age meet entries are due Wednesday, November 4. You must use our Meet Entry form and place them in the Meet Entry folder. We are about to switch over to a slightly different ME form, which is why you might find paper copies of our soon to be old form. These are OK to use. Make sure you check the meet information for the maximum number events the kids can swim. Enter your swimmers in the maximum number of events.Þ Yesterday’s Halloween Invitational was blast! I have not received the results yet, and when I do I will get them out to you. Another thing we are going to do is to send out updated best times after each meet. Swimmers of the Meet are Kiana Albert for the morning session and Danielle Feffer for the afternoon session. The Swim of the Meet (not recognized at every meet) is Sarah Dangelo’s 200 free. She was a stud. Swimmers of the meet receive a certificate recognizing their performance. Swimmer of the Meet criteria are, in order:
Team support
Sportsmanship
Best times
Points Scored
Please keep in mind the award is usually subjective. For yesterday’s morning session we coaches discussed 5 or 6 swimmers.
Þ As we have in the past, the D3 group will begin practicing from 4:10 – 5:40. This will take place beginning Monday, November 30. The D3 group will practice from 4:10 – 5:40 Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday (when there are no meets) will remain the same as they are now.
Þ I am having a JR/SR Group meeting today. We will be going over some items that are pertinent to the beginning of the high school season. We will also be distributing our Property Of Shirts, which look great this year.
Þ For this Saturday D1,2,3 practice we will be working on two hand turns and breaststroke pullouts.
More as it happens…..

Good Saturday Morning:
Man, or Woman, I just looked in the mirror and it was scary! Must be Halloween.
I forgot to attach Williamsport entries yesterday, here they are. I know there will be some changes in the relays, so make sure you check the relays posted in our team area. And remember, depending on the timing, if a swimmer doesn’t show we may just have to scratch that particular relay. This is a fun meet. For those of you who have not been to this meet before it is very crazy at the beginning of the morning session. Please make sure you keep you kids the team area.
See you all tomorrow. Go Washington Huskies!
October 30, 2009
Good Friday Morning:
Þ If you missed our annual Halloween Costume Contest and Apple Bob last night, you missed a fun event. Thalia Stout, as a Zombie, won the scariest category; Miranda Myford (as an old man – hey, aren’t I already old?! – running for president) won the funniest category; Ruth Dangelo, as a bag of groceries, won the most creative category. Then we bobbed for apples. If I hadn’t called them out of the water I think Phoebe Jordan would still be in the water trying in vain to get her apple.
Þ We have two meets going on this weekend. I will list warm up times and meet start times below. Keep in mind we want the kids to arrive 15 minutes early to check in with their coaches. I will attach our entries for Williamsport, which we will also post at the meet. Depending on the timing (it can be crazy) if a relay member doesn’t show, we may have to scratch that relay.
